Returns & Refunds policy

At VYAAPAR VAULT PRIVATE LIMITED, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If, for any reason, you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

• To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Certain products such as opened cleaning liquids, damaged containers, or used items are not eligible for return due to hygiene and safety reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact us at vyaparvaultpvt@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).

2. Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

• If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days, and the amount will be credited to your original method of payment.

• Shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

3. Exchange Policy

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at vyaparvaultpvt@gmail.com with supporting images, and we’ll arrange the replacement promptly.

4. Cancellations

• Orders can be canceled before dispatch by contacting our support team.

• Once the product is shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

• If payment was made, the refund will be initiated after deducting transaction charges (if any).

5. Damaged or Wrong Product

If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund as per your preference.
